My friend, Cade, and I decided to go out to the clubs on Friday, then drive up to the camp at the end of the night. He had a van that he had setup, so it didn’t let any light in the back. I usually drove due to the late hour, while he stayed in the back, out of the light.

We met a number of our friends out. All in all, there were about seven of us. On my own, or shit, even with just Cade and I, we were a pretty quiet bunch. But, get the whole group of us together and we turned into a real rowdy crew. Vincent was the ringleader of the group and the biggest troublemaker of us all. When we got into trouble, he was usually at the helm of everything.

Tonight was no exception. He had already gotten us thrown out of one club for hitting on some female that had a boyfriend. He was well aware of the fact that she did, too. He was one of those guys that wanted what he wanted and to fuck all with everyone else. Yeah, well, as it turned out, the boyfriend was an off-duty bouncer at the club. We’ll be lucky to get back in there, any time soon.

The next club we stopped at turned out to be a little easier. Vincent ran into a female he’d been attempting to charm for a while. It was actually odd for him. Usually, if a female didn’t respond to him, right away, he was all set to move on. He was a good-looking male and had plenty of opportunities to get laid, and that was all he was after. So, if a female was going to make him work for it, he was more than happy to go elsewhere. This female, though, she was different. I was hoping it wasn’t just the challenge of it all that enticed him about her. I grew up with her brother and she had always been a good kid. But, she was now a grown female and knew what Vincent was all about.

It wasn’t until about an hour after we arrived that I noticed Desiree, over in the corner, just watching us… or more accurately, watching me. She was sitting with three other females that I had seen around. “Awe, fuck!” I said, as I turned toward Cade.

“What’s up, man?” he questioned as he followed my gaze. “Damn. I guess you really are the new flavor of the month.”

Desiree was known around the clubs for latching onto a male and not letting go. I found this out after I told Cade about what happened the other night.

“Dude. She’s got a boatload of cash!” Piped in Vincent.

I rolled my eyes. I was not interested in her ‘boatload of cash’ any more than I was interested in being her ‘flavor of the month.’ That didn’t stop her from heading my way.

“Hey, love.” she drawled in a sensuous tone.

Snickers rang out from three of the guys, including Vincent.

“Desiree.” It killed me after the other night, but I was trying to be civil. Second chances and all that.

She slid into the seat beside me, as the guys moved over to give her room. I could have killed them.

“Take me home, Ry.” She pleaded as she slid her hand down onto my thigh.

That was how we got kicked out of the second club of the night. I didn’t wait for her hand to move any further. I grabbed it, wrenched her fingers back and forced her out of the seat. She cried to the bouncers that I was the one that tried to get handsy with her and well, money talks and as Vincent pointed out not so tactifully, she has boatloads of it.

Vincent grabbed his female and the eight of us headed to another club. This place Cade knew one of the bouncers and he let us right in. He actually led us straight back to the VIP section and let the bouncer at the door there know we were his personal guests for the night. We should have come here first. But, that was what a night out with my boys ended up being like.

We had been there about ten minutes when this sweet little thing approached me. She was brunette and all of about 5’ 6”, but I could tell she was a little firecracker. “My friends over there,” she pointed over to a group of about four other females, “dared me to come over and see if I could get you to give me your number. Instead of run through a bunch of bullshit lines, I figured I would just straight up ask you.” She flashed a brilliant smile. “So… what do you say?” She held out her phone. “Take a chance?”

With a quirk of my lip, I looked down at her phone and back up at her. “I don’t know.” I tried not to size her up, but she was a little hottie, and her outfit… sexy without being slutty, was just how I liked ‘em. “I don’t usually give out my number to strangers.” I teased.

She plopped herself down on the bench next to me and held out her hand. “Raisa,” she said as we shook, “See, strangers no more,” and she once more held her phone out.

“Ryodan,” I returned as I took the phone from her and input my number.

The rest of the night was a whirlwind. Raisa and I had an amazing time, flirting back and forth, and getting to know each other. As it turned out, she had grown up with my sister. She knew of my sister, but they had not been friends, which didn’t surprise me. As much as I love my sister, she does have a lot of my step-mother in her. Meaning: she can be a real snotty bitch, at times.

She pretty much ditched her girlfriends when they got tired of the club and decided to move on to another. They were reluctant, but she let them know she would catch a cab. They made her promise to text them when she got home and let them know she was okay. Then, we continued with our night.

Everything and nothing surprised me with this female. She worked at a gym, training females self-defence. 5’ 6” and a total force to be reckoned with. I didn’t doubt that she could hold her own.

As the night began to wind down, it had become obvious that she had had one too many as we spent the night drinking and flirting and paying no attention to how much we spent on those drinks. I honestly think she was trying to show the crew that she could drink us under the table.

She was wrong.

As I walked her out to the curb to catch her cab, she reached out and entwined her fingers with mine. For the first time, I looked down and saw a shy smile on her features. “See me to my door?” She asked and I followed her into her cab.

The cab ride was actually quiet as I kicked myself for the thoughts raging through my head, and when we reached her apartment building, I let her get out first and discreetly told the cab driver I’d be right back down.

Following her to her door, I hoped that later she wouldn’t hate me or herself for letting me know where she lived. As we hit the door, she pulled her keys out of her purse and unlocked it.

Turning, she leaned on it, opening it, and grabbed my hand to pull me inside.

I closed my eyes as I let her pull me in. Fuck, fuck, fuck! Everything inside me told me this was wrong. My drunk hard on, on the other hand, wasn’t paying any attention.

She walked me to her bedroom, where she turned and began to run her fingers down my chest. Grabbing her beneath her armpits, I raised her until her legs could wrap around my hips and crushed my lips to hers. Her fingers tangled into the hair on the nape of my neck and I could feel the heat of her core teasing the hardness of my cock.

Growling low in my gut, I leaned down, put her on her bed, and stepped back. “Get some sleep, sweetheart.” Before she could protest, I turned and bolted for the hall.

“I was about to leave,” the cabbie told me when I made it downstairs.

“Yeah, yeah, yeah. Take me to 287 Evergreen Ave.” I had to get the hell out of town, before my drunk hard on changed my mind.

As the car headed down the street, my phone buzzed. It was a text from a number I hadn’t seen before. “Hey, hon. This is Raisa. I had a really nice time tonight. Thank you for getting me home safely.”

I texted back, “You’re welcome and so did I. Sleep sweet and we’ll talk soon.”

I immediately added the number to my address book.
